Community Options Australia is seeking an experienced operations leader to join the Executive Leadership Team in Sydney. The role focuses on leading assessment services across NSW and the ACT, strengthening governance, cadence and leadership capability for a largely remote workforce.

The ideal candidate will have senior multi-site or remote government-funded service delivery experience, accountability for KPIs and Board reporting, plus strengths in workforce planning, performance data and CRM
