Job summary

Homage is seeking a Care Operations & Quality Manager to lead a team of five Service Coordinators and own clinical governance across NDIS and Support at Home. You will drive improvements in fulfilment, care consistency, and participant outcomes through data-driven decisions and robust SOPs.

You will manage incident frameworks, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance while partnering with our CEO. This is a senior leadership role in Melbourne, designed for impact across Australia’s care

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within NDIS, aged care, or community health.
• Deep working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and incident reporting obligations.
• Experience managing clinical staff with supervision and governance.
• Track record building policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five Service Coordinators and own clinical governance.
• Own the operational layer of partner networks and SLAs.
• Drive improvement in fulfilment, care consistency, and KPIs using data.
