Helping Hand Aged Care is seeking a Head of Home Care Operations to lead the home care portfolio across metropolitan and regional South Australia. You will drive high-quality, compliant and financially sustainable services, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer within the Operations Leadership Team.

You will translate strategy into action, strengthen service models, and build capable leaders while aligning client experience with safety, governance and performance goals.

• Senior leadership experience in a complex, regulated service environment.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed services and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to balance client experience, quality, workforce outcomes and financial performance.
