Silk Hospitality, an Australian owned hotel services company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in hotel housekeeping. This hands-on leadership role oversees multiple sites, supports site managers and partners with hotel leadership to deliver consistent quality, safety and compliance across a growing portfolio.

You will drive performance, recruit and mobilise teams, maintain WHS standards and build enduring hotel relationships.

• Extensive experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
• Experience leading managers and large frontline workforces.
• Strong commercial and operational judgement.
• Confidence dealing directly with hotel clients and senior stakeholders.
• A practical, visible leadership style. You are comfortable being on-site and working alongside your teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee housekeeping operations across a portfolio of hotel sites.
• Lead, coach and support Housekeeping Managers and site leadership teams.
• Drive operational performance.
• Monitor service quality and ensure contractual and hotel standards are consistently achieved.
• Build strong working relationships with hotel General Managers and key stakeholders.
• Support new site mobilisations, operational transitions and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure workforce planning, recruitment and retention support operational requirements.
• Maintain WHS, compliance, training and safe work practices.
• Identify underperforming areas and work with site teams to implement practical solutions.
• Create consistent operating standards and accountability across your portfolio.
