Silk Hospitality in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations within a high-volume hotel. You will manage the team, ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation, and maintain guest satisfaction while engaging with hotel stakeholders.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will drive service standards, optimize processes, and uphold brand expectations. Prior experience in busy hotel environments is highly regarded.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our Perth CBD team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead housekeeping operations at a high-volume Perth CBD hotel while being supported by one of Australia's leading hospitality services providers.

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction while driving team engagement and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the State Operations Manager, you will inspire and develop your team while delivering outstanding service standards and maintaining strong relationships with hotel stakeholders.

Previous experience leading housekeeping operations within a busy hotel environment, along with a strong understanding of housekeeping procedures and service standards, will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Champion Silk Hospitality's industry-leading processes to enhance efficiency and maintain exceptional service levels.
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Manage budgets, rosters, labour costs, and inventory control to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Take a hands-on approach and conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with hotel management and internal stakeholders to support seamless day-to-day operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and service delivery.

• Extensive experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or senior housekeeping leader within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence, align, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service consistency and team performance.
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and hospitality standards.
