Job summary

Silk Hospitality in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations within a high-volume hotel. You will manage the team, ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation, and maintain guest satisfaction while engaging with hotel stakeholders.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will drive service standards, optimize processes, and uphold brand expectations. Prior experience in busy hotel environments is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior housekeeping leader in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations ensuring high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with coaching and training.
• Manage budgets, rosters, labour costs and inventory to meet targets.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure hygiene and presentation standards.
• Build relationships with hotel management and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity in service delivery.
