Job summary

Securitas Australia AB is seeking a General Manager Sales – Electronic Security to lead the Australian Electronic Security sales and commercial strategy. You will drive top-line growth, margin, recurring revenue and client outcomes while building a high-performing team and strong customer partnerships.

The role requires a senior leader with deep electronic security knowledge, a track record of growth, and expertise in value-based selling and strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ senior sales/commercial leadership or GM experience in electronic security or related B2B services.
• Proven record of sustained profitable growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of electronic security, tech integration, CRM/analytics and value-based selling.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing, forecasting and negotiation.
• Experience developing vertical go-to-market strategies and managing key/global accounts.
• Ability to operate in international or matrix organisations and influence stakeholders.
• High digital literacy with data-led insights, AI-enabled solutions and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presentations.
• Willingness to travel nationally (≈25%) and internationally; valid driving licence.
• Current security licences or ability to obtain required licences where applicable.
• Experience engaging ecosystem partners within electronic security.
• Experience commercialising growth in integrated tech and IoT-enabled security.

• Ensure governance, risk controls and compliant commercial practices.
• Provide accurate performance reporting and support strategic planning.
