Job summary

PRA, based in Sydney, seeks an experienced General Manager - Operations to lead delivery operations across the region. The role focuses on unifying people, projects, service delivery and financial performance to deliver exceptional results.

You will work closely with the General Manager - Electronics to own the operational engine, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an electronic security or technical services business.
• Strong commercial acumen with accountability for gross margin and P&L.
• Solid understanding of electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
• Experience managing project management, service and technical teams.
• Experience with government and enterprise contracts and subcontractors.
• Current NSW Security Licence is essential.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience leading an electronic security or technical services business, ideally with annual revenue of $15M+.
• Strong commercial acumen, including direct accountability for gross margin, operating profit and P&L performance.
• A solid understanding of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion and integrated platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading project management, service and technical teams.
• Experience managing government and enterprise contracts, progress claims and subcontractor relationships.
• A current NSW Security Licence is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with job management or ERP platforms such as Simpro.
