Securitas Australia AB is seeking an Operations Manager - Electronic Security to lead the delivery of electronic security services across a designated portfolio in NSW. The role focuses on safe, profitable and customer-centric operations with strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

You will drive strategy translation into local execution, oversee performance, resource planning and subcontractor governance while delivering recurring customer solutions and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Experience leading operations within electronic security, security tech, or related services.
Proven track record managing service, project and technical teams.
Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
Excellent customer, stakeholder and people leadership skills.
Experience coordinating resources, subcontractors and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end service, project and technical delivery to meet safety, quality, revenue and cashflow targets.
Own revenue, gross margin, costs and forecast accuracy with corrective actions.
Coach and develop operations, project, service and technical teams.
Ensure safety, quality and compliance across activities and staff.
Build and manage customer relationships and proactively handle risks.
Coordinate subcontractors and resource planning for delivery.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance and other regions to achieve One Securitas outcomes.
Oversee handover from project to service and maintain documentation.
Drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
