Job summary

Securitas is seeking a General Manager Sales – Electronic Security to lead the sales and commercial strategy for Australia. You will drive top-line growth, manage recurring revenue and client retention, and shift from product-led to value-led, solution-based selling across a matrix structure.

The role requires a deep understanding of electronic security, SaaS-enabled services and international collaboration, with travel and licensing requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior sales leadership or general management
• Track record of profitable growth, margin management and recurring revenue growth
• Strong understanding of electronic security, technology integration and service models
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing, forecasting and business planning
• Experience in vertical go-to-market strategies and managing senior client relationships

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Electronic Security sales and commercial strategy aligned to country plans
• Deliver sales targets, order entry, gross margin, and recurring revenue growth
• Lead value-led, outcome-based selling and develop solutions for clients
• Develop vertical plans and strengthen industry positioning
• Own pipeline governance, pricing, proposals, tenders and commercial controls
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team with strong cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management across activities
• Provide accurate performance reporting and support strategic planning
