Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in senior sales or general management, preferably in electronic security or related B2B services.
• Proven track record of profitable growth, margin management and recurring revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of electronic security, integration, and value-based selling.
• Ability to operate in international or matrix organizations with senior stakeholder influence.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Electronic Security sales and commercial strategy.
• Deliver sales, order entry, margins, and recurring revenue targets.
• Lead shift to value-led, outcome-based selling and integrated solutions.
• Develop vertical go-to-market plans and market intelligence.
• Own pipeline governance, pricing, and commercial controls.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate across Securitas to identify cross-sell opportunities.
