Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract role focuses on reporting, analytics, and data solutions that influence executive performance.

You will lead a team of five direct reports, develop Power BI dashboards, govern data quality, and partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to deliver commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function across atWork Australia, managing a team of five direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Drive data quality, governance, and a single source of truth approach.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to support commercial outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor BI team members and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Support ongoing innovation and data maturity across the business.
