Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Intelligence function across atWork Australia, with 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Drive data quality, governance and a single source of truth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to support outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights for strategic decisions.
• Mentor BI team and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Support ongoing innovation and data maturity across the business.
