Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract is based in any atWork Australia location.

You will lead a team of five, develop dashboards in Power BI, drive data governance, and partner with Finance and Operations to support outcomes and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in BI leadership roles.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Proven people leadership and team development.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function across atWork Australia.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance and single source of truth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Exec to support outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
