Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract role is based in any atWork Australia location and will oversee a team of five, delivering Power BI dashboards, enterprise reporting and data solutions.

You will partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomes, lead forecasting and budgeting, and advance data governance

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI, analytics or data management teams.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function across atWork Australia with 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance, and a single source of truth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to support commercial outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights for strategic decisions.
• Mentor BI team and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Support innovation and data maturity across the business.
