This 12-month contract combines leadership, commercial insight and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting and data solutions that influence executive decisions and business performance. Based in any atWork Australia location.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in BI leadership roles.
• Proven ability to translate data into business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports.
• Drive data quality and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Executives on analytics.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and performance analyses.
• Prioritize BI initiatives and manage competing requirements.
• Mentor BI team members and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Support data maturity and continuous process improvement.
