Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI function and enable smarter decision-making across our national organisation. This 12-month contract offers a chance to shape reporting, analytics and data solutions that influence executive performance.

You will manage a team of five, develop enterprise dashboards, drive data quality and governance, and partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and advance

• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI function across organisation with 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance and single source of truth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to support outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing requirements.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights for strategic decisions.
• Mentor BI team and foster customer-focused culture.
• Support innovation, process improvement and data maturity.
