Qualifications

• Trade or technical background required or preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to talk to customers and explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to follow up warm leads and support customers by phone/email.
• Qualify, submit and follow up quotes in a timely manner.
• Resolve enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist the broader team with technical support and admin tasks.
• Continue to deepen product knowledge to support customers.
