Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Sales professional to join a global pumping and water solutions business. Based in Adelaide, you’ll manage a territory across South Australia and Western Victoria, engaging with groundwater, irrigation and agricultural water markets.

You will build relationships, solve technical challenges and drive sales, with a competitive base salary, company vehicle, annual bonus and a flexible, development‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in technical sales, account management or business development.
• Experience within groundwater, irrigation, agricultural water, stock watering or related markets.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, pumping systems and water applications.
• Ability to independently manage a large territory and travel across SA & VIC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio across South Australia and Western Victoria.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors and end users across groundwater, irrigation and agricultural water markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while increasing sales within existing accounts.
• Understand customer applications and recommend the right pumping and water solutions for their requirements.
• Manage territory, customer visits, sales pipeline and forecasting while working closely with internal technical and sales teams.

What will you do?

What will you need?

• Proven experience within groundwater, irrigation, agricultural water, stock watering or a closely related market
• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, pumping systems and water applications
• A track record of growing accounts, achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships
• Ability to independently manage a large territory and travel throughout South Australia and Western Victoria
• Full working rights without requiring sponsorship + Australian Drivers Licence
