Job summary

EcoFlow Australia seeks an experienced engineer to deliver end-to-end technical after-sales support to overseas partners, installers and customers. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot remotely, and provide targeted solutions for faults.

You will collect field data and contribute to root cause analyses and product improvements. The role requires strong documentation, data analysis and presentation skills, plus the ability to train staff and partners on new products, both remotely and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering field.
• 5+ years in pre-sales/after-sales technical support, FAE or technical training.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing; working English as daily language.
• Strong documentation, data analysis and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical after-sales support to overseas partners, installers and end customers.
• Respond to technical inquiries, conduct remote troubleshooting and provide targeted solutions for product faults.
• Collect, sort and analyse field failures and quality incidents; provide root cause feedback to R&D and production teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including FAQs, service manuals and advisories.
• Conduct product launch training and remote/on-site training for overseas distributors and ODM partners.
