Job summary

WhiteCrow Research is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for our client, a global leader in thermal energy management and specialized pumping solutions, to drive sales and account expansion across Australia.

The role emphasizes maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing proposals to transition clients to advanced pump solutions, with on-site audits and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in W&WW sector or project sales.
• Mechanical / Technical sales experience.
• Experience in process engineering.
• Advanced English writing/reading competencies. Fluent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure products are specified in their operations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Increase market share by replacing competitor pump installations and other pump technologies.
• Develop proposals for transitioning clients to Bredel pumps through process optimization and de-bottlenecking.
• Manage and expand spare parts and replacement pump business for existing clients.
• Conduct regular on-site audits across target locations in Australia to secure service contracts.
