Job summary

Reflections Holidays is seeking candidates to join our team in NSW, offering a role that requires a valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport. You will work independently yet contribute to a collaborative team, handling reservations, arrivals, and visitor directions within the park.

Flexibility for weekends and peak seasons is essential, with emphasis on safety and customer service. We welcome applicants with hospitality experience though it is not required, and we encourage

• Physical ability for manual tasks in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Taking reservations via phone.
• Completing arrivals and departures in office.
• Opening and closing the office.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Following work health and safety procedures.
