Job summary

Reflections Holidays in NSW invites applicants who can work independently, have a valid Australian work rights, and bring a can-do attitude to support our park operations. The role involves taking reservations by phone, managing arrivals and departures, opening and closing the office, and guiding visitors while upholding safety standards.

No prior hospitality experience is required, though it is welcome; we offer a flexible weekend/holiday schedule in a family-friendly NSW park network.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and own transport are required or access to reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.
