Job summary

Reflections Holidays in NSW's Hawks Nest region seeks a hands-on team member to help maintain cabins and guest areas. You will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work safely in all conditions while supporting visitors and operations.

Flexibility for weekends and peak seasons is essential. Prior hospitality exposure is helpful but not required; drivers license and own transport are preferred. We value teamwork and community-minded service.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian work rights.
• Own transport or reliable transport available.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak holiday periods.
• Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent teamwork and customer-service focus.
• Willingness to follow health, safety and manual-work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Linen changes.
• Cleaning of cabins.
• Cleaning of guest facilities, inclusive of amenities, laundry and camp kitchen.
• Assisting with stock replenishment.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
• Following work health and safety procedures.
