Job summary

Reflections Holidays is seeking team members to support guest services at our NSW holiday parks. The role involves handling reservations by phone, managing arrivals and departures, opening/closing the office, and helping visitors within the park. A positive, can-do attitude and reliability are essential.

Applicants should have a current driver's licence with access to transport; hospitality experience is valued but not required. Flexibility to work weekends and peak seasons is important.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Drivers Licence and access to reliable transport.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work independently.
• Strong teamwork and flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Taking reservations by phone.
• Handling arrivals and departures in the office.
• Opening and closing the office.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Following health and safety procedures.

Job description

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Drivers Licence and own vehicleor access to reliable transport.
• The ability to work productively & independently.
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
• Previous experience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.

The Duties will include;(but not limited to):

• Taking reservations, via phone
• Completing arrivals & departures, in office
• Opening/closing of office
• Assisting & directing visitors within the park
• Following work health & safety procedures.
