Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking a Guest Services Officer (Casual) to support our park operations in NSW. You will handle reservations, check-ins and guest directions, while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for visitors.

Flexibility is essential to cover weekends, peak holiday periods and public holidays. Previous hospitality experience is valued but not required; Australian work rights are necessary.

Qualifications

• Drivers license and access to reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• Can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekends, peak holiday seasons and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Taking reservations by phone.
• Completing arrivals and departures in the office.
• Opening and closing of the office.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Following WHS procedures.
