Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking reliable team members to assist with housekeeping duties across our NSW park network. You will clean cabins and guest facilities, restock supplies, and help direct visitors while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Australian work right.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Can-do, solutions-focused mindset.
• Physically capable of manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability including weekends, peak holiday periods and public holidays.
• Experience in hospitality is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of cabins
• Cleaning of guest facilities, including amenities, laundry and camp kitchen
• Assisting with stock replenishment
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park
• Following work health and safety procedures
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service
• Linen changes (where applicable)
• General cleaning and upkeep across park facilities
• Support across hospitality duties as needed
