Job summary

Mercure Perth Aurea Kings Park is seeking a Guest Services Agent to blend Front Office (GSA) shifts with Café F&B duties. The role is part-time (~24 hours/week) with potential to go full-time for the right candidate.

The reception runs 24/7, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, coordinate luggage storage and wake-up calls, and assist with breakfast and dinner service.

Qualifications

• Hotel reception experience is essential.
• Barista skills and RSA certification are required or advantageous.
• Experience with OPERA Cloud PMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in OPERA Cloud PMS.
• Answer guest enquiries in person and by phone, including local information and reservations.
• Coordinate guest services such as luggage storage and wake-up calls.
• Prepare daily occupancy and guest feedback reports.
• Set up and run breakfast and dinner service with the F&B team.
• Maintain a neat and presentable front desk at all times.
