The Crown Metropol & Promenade Hotels in Perth invite applications for a Front Office Clerk. This part-time role offers 48–76 hours per fortnight across morning, afternoon and overnight shifts, delivering warm, professional guest service at the reception.

You’ll welcome guests, assist with reservations and enquiries, handle payments accurately and create joyful moments through genuine interactions with every guest, contributing to a memorable stay at Crown Resorts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel operations.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
