Oaks Perth Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a casual Guest Service Agent to join our team. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins, and address inquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels.

You will handle reservations and special requests using our property management system, ensuring a smooth stay with personalized recommendations. The role requires a flexible weekend schedule, with shifts across mornings to evenings and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
• Exceptional ability to articulate information clearly across channels (in person, phone, email).
• Consistently delivers an exceptional standard of service with a proactive approach to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests during arrival and check-in.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across channels.
• Oversee reservations, updates and special requests using PMS systems.
• Be the primary contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance and personalised recommendations.
