Job summary

Accor's Mercure Brisbane Garden City is seeking an energetic part-time Hotel All-Rounder to work across Front Office and Food & Beverage, delivering exceptional service to guests and making them feel welcome.

You will check guests in and out, handle cafe service, and assist with self check-in kiosks while signing guests up to ALL - Accor Live Limitless. Availability across a 7-day roster is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and Opera.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and resolve issues quickly.
• RSA required or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Available across a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
• Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Work across Front Desk and Food & Beverage shifts.
• Perform a wide range of hotel tasks from services to cafe duties and guest accounts.
• Provide passionate, friendly service to guests and assist at self check-in kiosks.
• Explain ALL - Accor Live Limitless benefits and sign guests up.
