Mercure Perth is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide local recommendations to ensure memorable stays. You will handle payments, assist with inquiries, and collaborate with departments to fulfill requests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have proven hospitality experience, strong English communication, and a professional demeanor. Evening/weekend flexibility and knowledge of Perth attractions are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
• Professional presentation and demeanour.
