Job summary

Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Part-Time) to join our Front Office team. Be the face of our hotel, delivering the warm Holiday Inn Smile and memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate will have Front Office experience or Opera PMS exposure, strong English communication, and comfort with basic tech tasks. Weekend/Public Holiday rosters and valid Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Opera PMS is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills with guests.
• Excellent critical thinking to turn issues into memories.
• Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus.
• Literate and tech-savvy with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, memorable experience.
• Acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
• Process bookings and payments; manage check-in/check-out.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Assist guests with billing issues and restaurant recommendations.
• Provide valet parking and ensure vehicle safety and care.
• Lift, push and pull items up to 23 kg as needed.
