Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Available to work rotating rosters including days, nights and weekends.
• Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or have unrestricted work rights.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties and providing administrative support to the Marketing Department.
• Meet and greet patrons and visitors, answer and redirect incoming calls, provide cloak room services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Casino Canberra patrons, both VIP and non-VIPs.
• Builds the Rewards program database by inviting and signing up new patrons
