EVT's QT Canberra hotel in Canberra is hiring a Guest Services Agent (GSA). You will deliver warm, professional service at the front desk, assist guests with check-in/out, and coordinate with hotel teams to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional guest service.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in front office operations including check-in/out and guest accounts.
• Ability to collaborate with other hotel teams to meet guest expectations.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
• Manage guest arrivals/departures, check-in/out, cashiering and daily transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance and other teams.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages and local knowledge.
• Uphold WHS standards and hotel policies while keeping a safe, professional environment.
