Job summary

Assetlink is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for visitors at the Canberra Centre site. You will greet guests, answer queries and assist with requests, delivering accurate information and directions with a welcoming attitude.

In this casual, 7-day-week role you will help create a positive guest experience, work collaboratively with the team, and uphold high standards of presentation and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Impeccable presentation and grooming required.
• Positive and enthusiastic personality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays.
• Prior customer-facing, hospitality, retail or concierge experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of safe working practices and safety awareness.
• Must have valid work rights in Australia.
