Canberra Casino is hiring a Guest Service Host to support the Marketing Department and ensure smooth guest experiences. You will handle reception duties, answer calls, and assist with enquiries and promotions.

Ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese. Casual, full-time and part-time roles are considered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reception duties and basic administrative support experience.
• Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese fluently.

As a Guest Service Host, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for reception duties and providing administrative support to the Marketing Department.

*Casual, full-time and part-time positions will be considered.

To be successful in this environment Ideally you will

• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be able to offer exceptional customer service
• Be able to speak fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese
• Offer advice on Casino Marketing promotions and events, assist with enquiries on all aspects of guest experience at Casino Canberra
• Provide reception services such as meet and greet patrons and visitors, answer and redirect incoming telephone calls, provide cloak room services
• Establish and maintain relationships with Casino Canberra patrons, both VIP and non-VIPs
• Building the Rewards program database by inviting and signing up new patrons
