Job summary

EVT Limited in Sydney is seeking energetic GSA to deliver warm, memorable stays from guest arrival to departure. The role offers full-time and casual shifts across front desk operations.

Bring 1+ year experience in hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for guest service. You’ll collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other teams to ensure smooth stays and great local insights.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality or hotel front desk roles.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly responding to requests, messages, and concerns.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures with accurate check-in/check-out, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance and other teams to meet rooms, special requests and guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to assist guests and maximise service quality.
• Uphold hotel policies, WH&S standards, training requirements, and equipment care while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
