RACV Hobart Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the friendly face and first point of contact for guests and members at the reception desk. The role requires you to be on your feet in a busy environment, delivering outstanding service with a can‑do attitude.

You will work across a 7‑day roster, leveraging your customer service experience and strong communication skills to ensure memorable experiences for guests while supporting the front office team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office, reservations or customer service in a hotel/resort environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
• Proficient administration skills in MS Office, with PMS Opera, desirable.

Responsabilités

• Be the face and first point of contact for RACV Hobart Hotel guests and members.
• Handle reception duties in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide high‑quality guest service and assist with inquiries and requests.
