Job summary

RACV Noosa Resort in Queensland is seeking a friendly Front Office Receptionist to greet guests and be the first point of contact. This casual role requires you to stay on your feet, deliver warm service, and manage front desk tasks with a can-do attitude.

You will check guests in/out, handle reservations, process payments, answer calls, share information on rates and amenities, and collaborate with F&B, concierge and housekeeping to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office reception at a 4-5 star hotel or resort.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests and handle reservations.
• Process payments and maintain records.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests.
• Provide information on accommodation, rates and amenities.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil guest needs.
