Job summary

voco Gosford is seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team. You will be the friendly face at reception, delivering memorable first impressions and local hospitality experiences on the Central Coast.

Ideal candidates have Front Office or customer service experience, strong English, and a willingness to obtain an RSA. Weekend availability is preferred, and RSA is a plus. Join a vibrant IHG brand and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Front Office or customer service experience, ideally within hospitality.
• Fluent English; additional languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Roll out the welcome mat: Deliver genuine welcomes, seamless check-ins and check-outs, and memorable first impressions.
• Make the little things count: Create personal connections and surprise guests with thoughtful touches.
• Be the go-to guru: Manage front desk guest enquiries, calls, payments and requests with a can-do attitude.
• Turn hiccups into happy endings: Take ownership of guest concerns and find creative solutions.
• Share the local love: Showcase The Archibald precinct and Central Coast's best dining, attractions and hidden gems.
• Mix things up: Lend a hand with In-Room Dining, Lobby Bar, Saltfire and Pool Bar service.
