Job summary

Hilton is looking for a friendly Front Office / Guest Service Agent in Tasmania to welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs. You will respond to inquiries, provide local information, and help guests have a memorable stay. You’ll also assist with upselling hotel services and overseeing guest communications.

The role requires strong communication, experience in guest services, and proficiency with hotel PMS. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous front office or guest service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and front desk procedures.
• Excellent multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities
