Daily tasks include assisting with transport, luggage, parking, reservations, and guest accounts, while sharing knowledge of neighbourhood hotspots and must-see spots. A flexible shift pattern is required, incl. evenings and weekends.

Purpose

As a Guest Service Agent/ Concierge, you will be the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests' stay. You will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance, local insights, and exceptional service, turning each guest's stay into a memorable adventure.

Key Requirements for this role

• Ability to work across a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays as required
• A full Australian driver’s license, with the ability to drive both automatic and manual cars, is essential
