Job summary

West HQ in Sydney's Western Suburbs seeks a friendly Guest Services Agent for a part-time front desk role. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries and promote our on-site facilities.

Experience in hotel/front desk is preferred. You will need strong computer skills, familiarity with PMS systems (Opera or Fidelio preferred), and the flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Competitive benefits included.

• Experience in the same or similar role within the Hotel Industry.
• Excellent personal presentation and conduct.
• Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience.
• Experience working with PMS, Opera or Fidelio (preferred).
• Availability days, nights and weekends (flexible rosters).
• Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, address guest inquiries, and provide top-notch service to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between

• Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding the neighbourhood attractions and amenities
