Job summary

Novotel Sydney, West HQ in Western Sydney is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver exceptional service to guests during the evening and overnight shifts. You will check in late arrivals, perform reconciliations and generate reports, ensuring smooth operations for the property.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong customer service skills, and be comfortable working unsupervised while adhering to Accor brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same or a similar role.
• A passion to deliver great customer service.
• Excellent personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Superior communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience.
• Availability nights and weekends (flexible rosters).
• Ability to comply with Accor brand standards and service expectations.
• Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain).
• Full Australian work rights.

About the role

The Night Auditor is our first point of contact for our property and provides exceptional service to our guests during during the evening and over night. The Night Auditor checks in our late night arrivals, completes reconciliations and reports.

Our Perfect Fit

The role best suits someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can be trusted to work well unsupervised. Providing a high level of personalised customer service is an absolute must. A person who has experience working with PMS, Opera would be highly regarded, however training is available for the right person.
