Minor Hotels’ Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Join on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis and play a key role from check-in to local recommendations.

You will engage guests across channels, manage bookings, and provide proactive service with a warm, professional presence. Weekend work and varied shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Background in hotel, hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Clear and effective written and spoken communication.
• Consistently delivers high-quality service with a proactive approach.
• Passionate about creating positive guest experiences and resolving issues.
• Polished, professional presentation reflecting company standards.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues and stakeholders across channels.
• Process guest reservations and special requests using the property management system.
• Act as primary contact for guests, offering prompt assistance and personalised recommendations.
