Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Clear, courteous communication across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Polished presentation and ability to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly reception and smooth check-in/check-out for guests.
• Maintain clear communication with guests and colleagues across channels.
• Process reservations and special requests accurately using PMS.
• Act as primary point of contact for guests, offering timely assistance and recommendations.
