Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites, part of Minor Hotels ANZ, seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences across check-in/out and local recommendations. You will engage warmly, coordinate bookings, and support operations with a proactive, guest-first mindset.

Full-time, part-time, or casual roles available. You’ll work a rotating roster, including weekends, in a dynamic hospitality environment that values service excellence and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Consistently delivers high-quality service with a proactive approach.
• Polished presentation and professional demeanor.
• Willing to work weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm reception and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders across channels.
• Oversee accurate processing of guest reservations and requests using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay with personalised recommendations.
