Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd is seeking an energetic trainer/coach to lead and mentor crew members across Australian restaurants. You will drive guest-obsessed service and role-model safe, efficient operations, while training staff to deliver consistent results.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll support leadership growth, promote core values, and contribute to a high-performance team with opportunities for career progression and nationally accredited qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• Passion for training, coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.

• Execute the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience.
