Job summary

Hungry Jack's in New South Wales is seeking a trainer/coach to develop crew across shifts and embed our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring safe working conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality training or crew coaching.
• Ability to onboard and mentor staff across shifts.
• Strong service focus and upselling skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and guest experience.
